Announcing the Winners of “Decide Your Best Halloween Costume” Sweepstakes

Congratulations to the winners of the Bing “Decide Your Best Halloween Costume” sweepstakes. On October 25^th, we asked you to tell us about the best Halloween costume you have ever worn. To enter, participants were asked to tweet their replies to the @Bing handle and utilize the #BingHalloween hashtag.
